Product Manager - B2C Product Improvement (London, UK - 3 days p/w in the office)
Salary: £70-80,000

We're looking for a driven and experienced B2C Product Manager to join a London-based ecommerce company. The successful candidate will be focused on delivering customer satisfaction and be passionate about improving products through customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a strategy for product improvement to increase customer engagement and growth.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product development and improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to launch new products and features.
- Define and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of products and features.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management with a history of successful product improvements.
- Customer-focused mindset and experience using customer feedback to guide product development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
