Product Manager – e-commerce, manual & automated pick, supply chain, final mile, AI & ML, new emerging technologies, automation/robotisation, customer relationship management / customer service 
North London

Looking for a Product Manager to work with a market leading retailer on an end to end delivery and supply chain solution, from both a consumer experience & operational economics perspective. 

• Accountable for defining & delivering the mission by focusing on a particular area (Demand Planning) of the platform, while actively contributing to its overall shape 
• The role reports directly to the Head of Product in a rapidly growing business unit, accountable for developing the company’s new business model. 

About the Platform
• End to end delivery solution which allows retailers around the world to to compete against platform competitors.
• The solution includes all of the software from e-commerce through to final mile routing, store bases solutions and hardware including our fully automated Customer Fulfilment Centre. 

Responsibility 
• Be the voice of your area of platform focus, both internally and externally 
• Be the “go to person” for any topics relating to your focus area of the platform 
• In depth knowledge of the market benchmarks and emerging technologies 
• Own the product strategy for their area of focus, which will determine our roadmap of capabilities 
• Be the voice of the market by augmenting our own concepts with market research & competitor analysis 
• Constantly balance the needs of our mission and client requests, with conscious respect of our contractual commitments 
• Setting, documenting and achieving, clear and tangible business objectives for each Capability 
• Own area of focus business goal level roadmaps and the Capabilities that underpin them 
• Prioritisation of the Capabilities 
Skills & Experience 
• Extensive experience of Product Management 
• Deep subject matter expertise in a specific focus area of the solution
o e-commerce, manual & automated pick, supply chain, final mile, AI & ML, new emerging technologies, automation/robotisation, customer relationship management / customer service 
• An awareness & understanding of global emerging trends 
• Demonstrable creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership and proactive can-do attitude 
• Data analysis and good data-driven decision-making skills 
• Loves collaborating and working in a matrix environment 
• Ability to build trusting relationships with others 
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organisation 
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
